Quality Assurance Analyst - Medical Devices - Cambridge
A growing medical devices company based in Cambridge are in the process of expansion and are actively looking to strengthen their in-house engineering team by bringing on a Quality Assurance Analyst.
The role as Quality Assurance Analyst will give you the opportunity to work on market leading medical devices whilst working closely with fellow R&D Engineers, external consultants and suppliers to ensure the company's reputation and quality of products remain exemplary.
The day to day activity will include authoring and reviewing plans, specifications for design, installation, operational and performance qualification. Other responsibilities include the planning and execution of supplier reports and audits and problem reports.
You will also be charged with ensuring the internal adoption of new QA practices and methods. This will include working closely with project managers throughout the business and formulating new ideas.
Because the company are growing quickly this could be an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst to progress through the ranks.
To be considered for this newly created role you will hold an engineering or science related degree whilst having previous quality experience within a medical devices environment. The right candidate will ideally also have experience with CAPAs and NCRs would be highly advantageous. We are also considering people without medical devices experience, as long as there is an underlying knowledge of quality assurance.
