We are looking for candidates with a strong administration background who are available to commence towards the end of Feb.

Duration of temporary assignment: 6 months
Hourly pay rate: £12.11 increasing to £12.96
Location: Egham, Surrey
In this Healthcare QA role you will be the contact person for receipt of complaints from Qualified People in the markets, and will Interact with the Complaints Management Organisation to provide timely responses to complainants . This role will also require close partnering with R&D to ensure that valuable data from the complaints systems/ trending data is made available in a useful format. The role also involves the maintenance of scorecards for the department
Excellent communication/collaboration skills needed
Experience of working within a team is essential
This role is in a fast moving environment where attention to detail is required as these complaints are relating to medicinal products.
