Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday 3pm finish - No Weekends

Great opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join a fast growing UK company who are market leaders in their field.

Role Purpose:

To assess and score calls, identifying issues and trends relating to quality and feeding this back to agents and managers.

As a Quality Assessor Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Listening to calls and scripts, then scoring each call
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality requirements
Monitoring all calls and chasing any that have been flagged with issues
Reporting all information to your team leader
Liaise with other members of the call centre to resolve issues and creating a good team environment
Tracking and reporting of issue status and providing effective progress update

Essential skills / experience:

Experience in a previous Quality Assurance role
Great attention to detail
Good understanding contact centres
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
Ability to work on own initiative and in a group
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to consistently meet deadlines
