As Quality and Compliance Director, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement and outcomes for learners across the consortium as well as the development, monitoring and evaluation of our clients Self-Assessment and Quality Development Plan. You will act as lead responsibility for Health and Safety and Safeguarding as well as reporting to the board on all matters in relation to quality and compliance offering clear information, challenge and plans to improve.
To succeed, you will have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of welsh government work based learning contracts, particularly apprenticeships, as well as experience managing and influencing a diverse geographically spread organisation in the welfare to work idustry. You will have well developed organisational & analytical skills, numeracy skills and good written & verbal communication skills, as well as sound attention to detail.
