Hunters’ client is a growth mode global company specialising in aircraft component sales to the airline industry. The Quality Administrator will assist with the management and maintenance of the company Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems. The Quality Administrator will ensure compliance with company procedures, aviation industry quality standards and airworthiness regulations. The Administrator will assist with the administration of all aspects of Quality and Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enthusiastic whilst being methodical and organised. You will be meticulous and very much a perfectionist, with no tolerance for mistakes or errors. The role requires some project work, so you must be confident in working on your own with the ability to evaluate. The Department is in rapid growth mode, so there is scope for career and pay progression with proven performance.
Previous experience working in an administrative role within an office environment.
Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Good organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment.
Professional, courteous and excellent communicator at all levels.
Capability to use initiative, aptitude to recognise and respond to problems.
Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
To assist the Quality department with all quality and health and safety related activities.
Produce monthly reports on our key management system modules.
Respond to all customer quality questionnaires.
Maintain control of quality documentation.
Assist with maintaining the quality and effectiveness of database information.
Conduct sampling on each department for conformance to the quality system requirements.
Assist with the approval process of suppliers and sub-contractors.
Collate department reports and KPI data for management review.
Ensure all staff receive relevant health and safety e-learning training.
Managing first aid supplies.
