We are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator for our Heathfield based client. They are in the manufacturing sector, and this role has come about due to expansion and restructure of the business. You will be working alongside the production team on a 4 on, 4 off continental shift pattern (mixture of days and nights). Your primary focus is to ensure that Quality is maintained at every stage of the production process. You will be performing all aspects of Quality Control including, first off checks, sign off approval, packaging, labelling, measuring, technical testing, procedural compliance to BS EN Standards, as well as internal specifications.
To be considered for this position you will need to be enthusiastic about Quality, and really motivated. You will be someone with the confidence to flag when products don’t meet standards, and will need to have experience working within production. The ideal would be previous Quality related experience, however you will receive comprehensive training, so if you have other relevant experience, and transferable skills you will also be considered. You will need to have excellent problem-solving ability, and an understanding of root cause analysis, with an excellent eye for detail. You will be IT confident, with the ability to produce data sheets, and reports. You will also need the confidence to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
