Salary: £140 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)

This is a welcoming, well-resourced school with a strong ethos of inclusion and respect. It caters for pupils with a wide range of special educational needs including autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), and complex needs. Staff are committed to creating an engaging and structured learning experience that supports each child's individual development.

The school has a strong, supportive leadership team and a dedicated staff body who work collaboratively to promote high standards and positive outcomes for all pupils. Class sizes are small, and support staff are well-integrated into daily teaching, ensuring a team approach to learning and behaviour management.

About the Role:

Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning and engagement

Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external agencies

Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to suit individual needs

About You:

QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils

Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching

A calm, patient, and resilient nature

Passionate about inclusive education and committed to every child's success
