My client is looking for a team manager for their child protection team. The role is based in a beautiful area, where many of their cases are children in need rather than child protection offering less stressful and high pressure environment.
They are dedicated to making their social workers feel supported, and it shows! They have incredibly low staff turnover, with most of their staff permanent. They want their social workers to grow within their roles, and promote the training and development that they offer, helping their social workers in the future to be as successful as possible
