My client in Merseyside is looking for a number of Social Workers to join their busy Mental Health adults team. 

Due to Winter pressures, extra funding has become available and this has allowed a number of vacancies. 

Candidates must have the following to be considered for this role:

*Experience in care management in the context of a CMHT,
*Safeguarding,
*Worked within the care programme process
*Experience of acting as care coordinator
*working with service users with severe and enduring mental health difficulties and from diverse backgrounds
*Mental Health Review tribunals,
*Care Act Assessments

This role requires an Enhanced DBS and full HCPC/CCW registration which you will have to provide prior to interview for the role.
