The manager has informed me that they have several posts available to start and are particularly looking for candidates with experience in Child Protection, Children In Need and or Family Intervention.
Nature of the post.
Manage a Children & Families caseload of various levels of complexity, involving the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action, contributing to the effective application of resources to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and their families. To assess, plan and use evidence based analytical practice to implement and evaluate safeguarding measures to ensure all children are given the opportunity to reach their full potential. To work to a structured time management practice; submitting reports, assessments and plans within regulated timescales.
In order to be considered for the post, you must have previous experience within the field of Children's Social Work and have registered with the HCPC.
