We are seeking a diligent QSHE Specialist for our quality department who will focus on enhancing the quality, safety, health, and environmental aspects of our operations in Sutton Coldfield.

Description

• Overseeing and managing all QSHE aspects within the department.
• Working on the businesses QMS systems to ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO45001
• Implementing and maintaining QSHE standards in line with regulations and company policy.
• Regularly conducting risk assessments and audits.
• Promoting a positive QSHE culture within the team.
• Investigating any incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Providing QSHE training to staff members.
• Maintaining QSHE documentation and records.
• Liaising with external QSHE bodies and representatives.

Profile

A successful QSHE Specialist should have:

• A degree in a related engineering or science discipline.
• Expertise in quality, safety, health, and environmental management.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach towards enhancing QSHE standards.
