QHSE Manager - FMCG Manufacturer
Location: Barnoldswick - Lancashire
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 + Pension + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Bonus
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s largest manufacturers within the FMCG market. They are a company specialising in the manufacture and converting of textile and paper based products. This well established group with over 200 years experience has become a dominant player in this global market.
The successful applicant will have experience in developing a process through design, manufacture and supply to enhance quality, environmental, health and safety performance. You will be involved in the maintenance and updating of the ISO 9001/14001/18001 Systems. The role will also focus on the maintenance of the Health and Safety Management Systems. A NEBOSH Certificate is desirable. Knowledge and experience of working with BSI and ISO standards, is desirable. Someone that has led significant improvement projects in volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge and experience of risks associated with effluent treatment plant, industrial machinery is desirable.
