QESH Manager

The safety, health environment, and quality assurance of FPC
Establishing and promoting best practice in health, safety, environmental and quality assurance performance.
Determines the strategic direction and work priorities (in conjunction with FPC management) for the continuous improvement of the office & site based QESH management programme and systems.
Advise and support Operations & Service Managers to effectively discharge their responsibilities for the Health & Safety of employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by legislation and company policy's.

Support site management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements, Health and Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan and Quality Management Plan (Develop aforementioned plans where not in place)
Carry out regular inspections of sites and work places to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with legislation & company policy.
Review accident and incident Investigations, including root cause analysis, for significant health, safety, environmental or property damage events. Provide comprehensive reports highlighting actions required to senior management.
