QCIP Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join the Chief Nurse’s team to support the Nursing and Midwifery Quality and Cost Improvement Programme (QCIP).
As part of the Chief Nurse’s team your fundamental role will be supporting the delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery QCIPs across the various hospital sites. Your key responsibilities will include:-
Support the Chief Nurse and Directors of Nursing with the delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery CQIP Trust wide, through from scheme identification to implementation and delivery
Ensuring the development of robust QCIP project documentation and to drive delivery of the schemes e.g. enhanced care
Leading on projects related to N&M QCIPs
Supporting the development and successful delivery of future QCIPs following best practise and across a range of nursing and midwifery services
To succeed you will be an experienced NHS Project Manager able to work across a complex, large organisation and have experience in managing change .
You will also have a passion for improvement within the NHS, be able to demonstrate leadership skills and have a good understanding of the financial challenges currently facing the NHS.
