QC Analyst - Pharmaceutical

QC analytical chemist for growing pharmaceutical company in Isle of Man. HPLC, FTIR and UV-Vis lab work + QA

Is a growing pharmaceutical company with sites in multiple countries, looking to grow their QC team by adding an analyst to their established team.

Your new role
This is a permanent, hands-on position, with excellent opportunities to progress and develop within a rapidly growing company.

You will be part of the QC team, with responsibility for hands-on QC testing within a GMP facility, ensuring raw materials, intermediates and finished products are tested with a variety of analytical methods.
You will be using HPLC, GC, UV-vis and FTIR, along with other techniques.

You will also be closely involved in dealing with QA aspects, such as investigations, OOS / OOT, deviations and carrying out change controls.

What you'll need to succeed
As well as strong communication, team-working and organisational skills, you will need experience of carrying out hands-on pharmaceutical testing (using HPLC, GC or other LC techniques) within a pharma / biotech company, writing reports, and working to GMP.

Candidates with microbiology (eg endotoxin or bioburden testing) or QA experience, such as involvement with deviations, change controls or CAPAs, are at an advantage.
