JOB DESCRIPTION

To support the business in ensuring all departments are performing in line with departmental and company standards.

  • Required to monitor the performance of individuals and departments against pre defined metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits of business areas and investigate instances of non conformance.
  • Provide coaching support to business areas as required.
  • Monitor compliance with all external legislation.
  • Compile reports of all findings, including trends and suggested improvements, to Department Manager.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Additional duties as required.

Experience/Application requirements

  • A background in Quality Assurance
  • Previous experience of call quality monitoring
  • Working knowledge of coaching techniques
  • Demonstratable experience of providing high quality and effective coaching
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is advantageous

Hours: 40 hours per week (8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday).
