Can be based in London, Derby or Stockport with regular weekly travel

You will work in collaboration with the PwC Meeting Services Manager to support the delivery of awareness and education of PwC Meeting Services and the Firm benefits; that this well-established programme brings to the firm. This role will be both internal facing within the Firm, the Agency and also externally with hotels and venues.

What will your day look like?

  • Understanding and overseeing customer contractual agreements and performance measurements

  • Drive compliance to the bookers to utilise the Programme and drive efficiencies via the Meetings Portal

  • Deliver Management Information, as and when required

  • Support the PwC Account Manager with project and day to day management

  • Be responsible for updating and amending the customer database. All records and all contacts regularly updated for on-going engagement

  • Develop strong working relationship with the designated Venue Find team

    It would be great if you had...

  • Experience of working within a travel/events agency or hotel management role

  • Strong relationship management

  • Persuasive

  • Clear and confident communicator

  • Ownership and responsibility for your own goals and performance targets
