The role holder will ideally have experience in drug safety report handling environment. They should have experience in a health care environment and have a sound knowledge of drug safety in a regulated environment.
Excellent communication skills, good telephone manners and life science knowledge will be an additional advantage.
Receipt and process all the incoming Adverse event (AE) reports
Manage the telephone service during office hours by answering safety related telephone calls into the department
Notify company Business partners of Adverse Events related to their products and update them with additional information received
Liaise with customers, Boots stores colleagues, product quality team and Chief Pharmacist office regarding AEs
Perform monthly reconciliation of AE reports
Maintain various work flow trackers and produce monthly compliance reports
Perform annual archiving of closed complaints
Our Ideal Candidate
Proven ability to work effectively with others as part of a team delivering an efficient customer service.
Able to accurately capture record and relay complex information using appropriate technology.
Experience of working within a Customer Service environment.
Computer literate with data entry experience.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Life Science degree preferable
