Purchasing / Production Administrator

Lloyd Recruitment Services have a fantastic job opportunity for a capable Administrator to join a well-established and reputable leading engineering company based in East Grinstead. The role sits within the Purchasing and Production team.

Office hours are 9am - 5pm and there is free onsite parking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and place orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and technical staff providing daily production information
  • Attending meetings with large suppliers and possible clients
  • Checking stock levels and producing pricing
  • Updating the in-house system on a daily basis

Skills and Responsibilities needed:

  • Proven administration skills
  • Previous purchasing experience
  • Must be numerate and IT literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to use own initiative in a busy environment
