Purchasing Coordinator - Harlow - £16,000 - £18,000

I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a core client of mine within Harlow.
If you have had previous experience within Administration/Customer Service etc and you are looking for a role that can lead to genuine progression and allow you to pursue a career within Purchasing/Procurement then this can be the role for you, likewise if you are looking for your first position and show transferable skills and attributes then you will also be considered!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process purchase orders on suppliers
- Keep all stock to required levels
- Purchasing products/stock at the best price.
- Deal with damaged stock and incorrect deliveries from suppliers
- Running stock reports, invoicing, liaising with suppliers.
- General duties within your capabilities directed by the company.
The successful candidate will show a good level of customer service, have strong general IT knowledge, have an excellent telephone manner and be keen to develop a long term career with the company as development opportunities are available for the right candidate!
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
