I am recruiting for a construction services trading company who have relocated their head office to Bromley. The group employees over 1000 people and have a turnover of £110 million. They are also part of an international company employing over 4000 staff and with a 3.2 billion turnover.
The roles have become available due to the relocation of the head office. A very professional and corporate organisation who are looking for 2 purchasing assistants.

UK Sourcing
Raise purchase orders
Monitor stock levels
Expedite purchase order deliveries
Obtain quotes from the suppliers to the sales teams
Keep accurate records of orders and quotes
Maintain up to date records of supplier prices
Maintain up to date supplier information
Manage supplier registration review process
Cover any other purchasing roles when other staff on leave

Team player
Excellent communication skills
Previous purchasing experience ideally within the construction or related industry
