As a growing and expanding yet already well established International business the opportunity has arisen to use you experience of procurement and supply chain across the company global base, inflencing decision on suppliers, business growth, TCO, capacity, price and performance requirements.
The is a stratigic role, varied which demands experience of working to cement and build relationships with senior managers to influence strategic goals in line with company purchasing, spend, performance and risk management.
Your involvement with Bid Management, Tender processing, Competitive bidding, Key commodities, Risk mitigation and the selection of suppliers whilst taking into consideration the needs of the business, the ability to forward plan, development of strategy along with end to end sourcing of commodities; providing guidance and practical approach to the procurement and supplier process.
Your experience liaising with stakeholders to identify key business needs, to be able to influence the procurement needs effectively. Supporting the purchasing team with best practice whilst introducing best practice to streamline cost saving methods where appropriate.
You will be able to take on a variety of tasks within the position, play a key part in moving the company forward, have an enquiring mind and the self motivation to make a success of this new challenge.
