Duties & Responsibilities Include;

-Main point of contact between the Business Analyst's, Finance and Warehouse departments.
-Managing back orderprocesses between operations and sales department
-Raising purchasing orders and taking responsiblity to complete the full process
-Proactively communicate any delays or issues to the purchasing department and sales
-Dealing with all purchasing queries and issues and resolving them quickly and effiently
-Inbound logistical planning with the Business Analyst's
-Dealing with all purchasing quotes
-Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
-Produce demand reports on a weekly basic
-Maintain compliance records for all products
-Assisting operations department with any other admin duties

You MUST be;

-Highly motivated person with strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent organsiation skills, deadline adherence and exceptional attention to detail
-Good Knowledge of all Microsoft software
-Have a high level of time management
-Ability to build effective relationships
-Work hard within a busy team and overcome obstacles

-Experience within Sales Support
-Excellent numeracy skills
