Purchasing Administrator

£18,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Family run, manufacturing company, Based on the outskirts of Thetford

Main Duties:

  • Liaising between production and material suppliers to ensure parts are being ordered to schedule
  • Managing lead times to ensure that orders are delivered in full
  • Building relationships and negotiating with suppliers
  • Speaking to customer via email and telephone
  • Maintaining computer systems and spreadsheets, including material and supplier databases

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience within purchasing essential
  • Aptitude to learn with the view of progressing within the company
