Purchasing Administrator

MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a Purchasing Administrator for a well-established business in Stansted to join their friendly team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting a small team to input quotes onto the system, liaise with suppliers, process purchase orders, running a variety of reports and responsible for equipment movement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and ambitious Administrator that is looking for a progressive role in an established business.

Main responsibilities:

- Regular interaction with suppliers
- Coordinating equipment movement
- Processing Purchase Order numbers
- Purchasing equipment and products
- Typing in quotations onto the system
- Running reports on current live jobs
- Processing equipment hire orders
- General filing duties
- Any ad hoc duties that may be required

Experience required:

- A confident administrator or someone that has worked in a similar opportunity
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Confident user of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
