Our client is a well established company offering exciting opportunities for Candidates who are looking for development and progression.
THE JOB ROLE
- To advise staff and managers regarding correct implementation of Purchasing policies and procedures
- Provide clerical support to the Buyers as necessary - including spreadsheets.
- Assist in the order placement process.
- Assist in the Invoice reconciliation process.
- Expediting of Purchase Orders.
- Maintenance of Purchasing files and records.
- Temp - Perm contract working 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Excellent Administration Experience
- Must be able to use your own initiative
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be able to drive due to location.
- To have worked in a similar role
- Dealing with invoices
- Computer Literate
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
