The purpose of this role is to provide admin support to the buying department. The main duties involved will be:
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers
- Co-ordinating deliveries
- Resolving queries
- General administration
- Ensuring all paperwork (delivery notes, certificates etc. are received promptly)
- Making sure that all necessary paperwork is given to the accounts department in a timely manner.
In brief, supporting the buyer with the admin side of the role.

- Good IT and maths skills.
- Experience of using spreadsheets.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 08.00-18.00 with a one hour lunch break.
