My client based north of Sheffield are looking for a Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team. You’ll work in a small Finance team of three and this role is offered on a flexible 21 hours a week arrangement.
This is a new position due to growth and as the Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk you’ll be involved in processing of invoices and credit notes, data imputing, updating supplier account and posting to the sales ledger. You will support your supervisor with reconciliations.
This can either be worked over three full days or 5 shorter days, parking is available on-site and there is genuine progression within this organisation for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have had previous accounts experience, be confident in the Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and ideally Access. You’ll be a confident communicator able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Excellent customer service is essential.
Our client is offering a salary of £18k pro rata + Benefits.
