Purchase Order Processor
Demon Recruitment Group are working with a leading company who are seeking an experienced Purchase Order Processor/Customer Service person to join the team.
Duties will include:
1. Purchase Order Processing - receiving, reviewing, printing, liaising with sales team for confirmation and inputting on to ORACLE system.
2. Customer Updates - advising clients of all out of stocks/to follow lines, expected deliveries.
3. Liaise with distribution centre regarding any delayed/problematic deliveries.
4. Back Orders - ensure an up-to-date list is maintained daily of to follow lines.
5. Shipped/ non shipped orders- daily review of processed orders to ensure problematic orders are followed upon.
6. Filing and archiving- ensure customer order file maintained up to date
7. To be first point of contact for telephone enquiries from customers/hospitals/pharmacists/ patients etc.
8. Any other responsibilities within Customer Service / Order Processing as may arise during the course of work
Key Skills required
1. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Processing
2. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
3. Proficient in MS Office, especially excel
4. Exposure to Order processing systems preferably Oracle/SAP
5. Attention to detail
