You will be working for a large manufacturing business based in Staffordshire, this company has an excellent reputation for their high standard of customer service and quality products. They are now looking to bring an experienced Purchase Ledger into the team on an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity of a permanent role after.
Your new role
Your Responsibilities as an Accounts Clerk:
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist with clearing of historical items within supplier accounts
- Obtaining copies of relevant documents in relation to supplier statement reconciliations
- Cleansing supplier account data within SAP
- Validation of supplier master file data
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience is a similar role will ultimately lead to your success, strong reconciliation experience and good communication skills both internally and externally are essential whilst knowledge of SAP is ideal but not a necessity.
