KCR Solutions are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger to join our excellent client based in Newcastle.
Salary £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
- Processing purchase invoices
- Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Maintain existing account details within purchase ledger
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in preparation of purchase summaries
- Process credit card statements
- Cash book entries
- Petty cash return
- Process payment runs
- Experience of working in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Receivable
- Good Excel Skills
