Outline:

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger for our well established company based in the West Brom area. The role is 30 hours per week and the client is happy to be flexible with the hours to suit home life, providing the hours worked are between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

The Job Role:

  • Reconciliation of invoices and supplier statements
  • Payments to suppliers
  • Sub-contractor payments and Inland Revenue returns
  • Sharing payroll duties
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets

Experience / Requirements:

  • Must have Purchase Ledger experience
  • Must be confident with computers
