Purchase Ledger

My client a vibrant, growing leading business have an exciting oppotunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their growing team in the Leeds office based in the city centre. You will provide support to a fast paced busy finance team and work closley with teh Financial Accountants.

Key duties will include:

  • Purchase ledger input
  • Preparation of weekly payment runs
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing of ad hoc sales invoices
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure invoices are authorised
  • Assistance with month-end and year-end as required
  • General accounts and office admin
  • Attendance at meetings as and when required

Criteria;

  • Good problem solving skills; and good excel skills
  • Experience of working with Sage 200 would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Must have excellent attention to detail

Renumeration;

  • 40 hour working week
