Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is a specialist accountancy recruiter for the North West market

My client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Manager due to an internal promotion and restructure.

Key Responsibilities

o Responsible for day to day management of team of 3 Clerks

o End to end invoicing processes

o Weekly reconciliations;

o Daily banking activities;

o Sending and reconciling customer direct debits;

o Implementing new processes

o Working closely and liaising with other Managers

Person Specification

o Previous experience within a Shared Service would be an advantage

o Strong organisational skills

o Experience of supervising a team

o Excellent Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables
