Your new company
A leading manufacturing and distribution business are looking to recruit a purchase ledger clerk initially on a temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be working in a team of 4 in finance reporting directly into the Group Finance Manager. You will be responsible for scanning supplier invoices onto the system, resolving supplier queries, matching and batching Purchase Orders. You will also reconcile supplier statements and accounts. Other duties include processing expense claims and providing support to the finance team where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a strong communicator as you will be in contact with internal and external personnel. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have worked within a similar role and be proactive in your approach.
