Purchase Ledger job, York, Circa £9 per hour

Your new company

You will be working for an established company in York within an envious location. Due to continuous growth, this Purchase Ledger job has been created to provide additional support to the Finance Team.

Your new role

Your new role will be varied and will be report into the Purchase Ledger Manager. You will be responsible for processing the invoices and importing them onto the system, reconciling supplier statements, processing expenses, checking and sorting the post and also dealing with queries. You will liaise with other departments to ensure timely processing, managing petty cash and filing all documentation correctly.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you must have excellent organisational skills and ideally previous experience within a similar role. You must be able to meet deadlines, be IT literate and ideally have Sage experience.
