Our client is a privately-owned business based in Skipton who are looking for a Purchase Ledger to work within their small finance team. The company is looking to continue its growth strategy so this is an excellent time to join this busy organisation and the opportunity may have the option of going permanent in the future for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: -

  • Fully responsible for the processing of purchase ledger invoices and associated reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier statement reconciliations, and resolve any supplier queries
  • Prepare the weekly payment schedules
  • Responsible for the posting of company expenses and credit card payments
  • Assist the finance team with adhoc transactional tasks
