Role - Purchase Ledger

Offer - Temporary to Permanent (After 3 months)

Hours - Monday-Friday: 8.30am-17.00pm

Salary - £9.00 - £10.00 per hour

Recruiting Consultant- Sadie Watts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and credit notes (500 to 1000) per month (dependant on accounts they look after) training will be given on the use of our accounting system

  • Matching invoices to delivery tickets

  • Statement reconciliation

  • Filing invoices/delivery tickets/supplier statements

  • Liaising with site managers chasing delivery tickets / site paperwork

  • Liaising with supplier regarding queries

  • Liaising with buying department regarding queries

  • Reception cover (occasional)

  • Distribution of post (occasional)

  • General office duties occasional franking post and sending out remittances

Although previous experience would be preferred, full training will be provided, for the suitable candidate.
