Purchase Ledger Supervisor
We currently have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to work at our office in Larbert on a Fixed Term contract until 8/3/2019. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 830am - 5pm.
We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will be supervising a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks to ensure compliance to Purchase Ledger protocols, processes and procedures in a timely fashion.
In this exciting role it is expected that you deliver regular feedback and performance reviews to the purchase ledger team including monthly team meetings and 1-2-1s while overseeing the electronic purchase order system and dealing with associated queries. You will also be involved in ad hoc duties pertinent to the purchase ledger function.
You will be the line manager to the purchase ledger team, currently 6 members strong and should ensure your team adopt consistently high standard of customer services at all times with high levels of accuracy when entering the invoices onto the purchase ledger.
We would look for you to have previous experience managing or supervising a purchase ledger team, with experience in a high volume purchase ledger team and use of a purchase order system being a further advantage.
