Purchase Ledger (Permanent 30 Hours Per-Week)

Job Description
Process incoming Postal/ mail invoices to online invoice processing system.
Verify and process all invoices within the online invoice processing system.
Process invoices rejected by online invoice processing system and deal with any queries resulting
Process credit and direct delivery invoices
Handle all requests for payments
Chasing outstanding queries as necessary
Collating and filing Statements
Scanning invoices to virtual filing system and credit notes not processed through the online invoice processing system.
Making up daily cash floats for retail tills
Second point for incoming calls
Cover for Sales ledger Supervisor in her absence

Hours Approx. 30hrs per week, flexible times and days to suit both parties
