Purchase Ledger Part time or Full Time

Axon Moore are proud to be recruiting for a large international business based in North York.

Working within a small and down to earth team your role will be to handle the Purchase Ledger.  

•             Inputting and coding of purchase ledger invoices for the business

•             Inputting of all accounting journals as required.

•             Inputting of invoice details.

•             Maintenance of purchase ledger accounts, to include new account creation and creditor         allocations.

•             Spreadsheet input and check of employee expense claims, correct to company policy.

•             Spreadsheet input and check of company visa expenses, correct to company policy

•             Spreadsheet input of  bank payments.

•             Matching of Purchase Orders to supplier invoices received.

•             Deal efficiently with any supplier queries.

•             Regular filing of all purchase invoices and other paperwork.

This role would suit either a Full time or Part time applicant, however the part time hours must be worked over 5 days. You will be rewarded with a salary of between 16,000-17,000 with a bonus of 1,500 per year.
