A growing service organisation have experienced significant growth in recent years are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full time permanent basis due to internal promotion.
Being solely responsible for this function within the company you will be required to do matching and posting of purchase invoices to goods received, coding and posting of general expense invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, processing all payments along with all supplier queries and credit notes. Plus employee expenses and various general office and accounting duties.
The successful Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Assistant will have at least 2 years’ experience within this field, they will be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge within accounts payable function and will have a positive, hands on approach to work.
In return my client offers a starting salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per annum along with a rewarding benefit scheme.
