Purchase Ledger - Hempsted
My client based in Hempsted are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous Purchase Ledger experience looking to join an expanding business.
-Ensure that the Purchase Ledger is accurately maintained
-Ensure client suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
-Making payments via BACS following client authorisation of invoices
-Matching invoices to delivery notes/purchase orders
-Reconciliation of supplier statements
-Investigate and resolve purchase ledger queries as required
-Maintaining strong relationships with clients and their suppliers
-Previous experience in a similar role is essential
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong time management and organisations skills
-Excellent communication skills
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
