Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join an exciting company based just outside of Salisbury

The role will include:

Responsibility for the Purchase Ledger

Matching invoices to purchase order and delivery notes

Reconciliation of Supplier Statements

Dealing with Creditor queries

Responsibility for Petty Cash Administration

Posting Expense Claims

Assisting the Administration Manager and General Manager

Experience required:

AAT qualified/part qualified or similar

Experience in Microsoft NAV and Sage Accounting Software

Proficient computer skills

Excellent organisational & communication skills
