Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new and exciting permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Rugby. You will be working as part of a small friendly team where you will be solely responsible for processing up to 300 invoices on a monthly basis. Your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, ensuring purchase orders have been raised, processing payments by BACs and cheque, reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries.

My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who is able to join the business and hit the ground running. You will be able to work as part of a small friendly team, have excellent communication skills and have working knowledge of a computerised accounting system and Microsoft Excel.

My client is a well established business based in Rugby with an open and friendly culture. This business offers on site parking and are accessible by public transport; the working hours are 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday. They offer 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases with service and a pension scheme.
