Platinum Financial Recruitment are working exclusively with a media business who are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their existing team of Finance.

Working in their plush offices and part of their ever growing business, you will be working alongside a small team consisting of an Accounts Assistant and Financial Controller.

You will have full exposure to the accounts functions and your duties will include:

* Inputting purchase invoices
* Reconciling invoices to supplier statements and producing monthly payment lists
* Dealing with various queries
* Processing company card payments
* Petty cash handling
* Ad hoc duties as required

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need the following:

* Experience of working in a Purchase Ledger position
* Communication skills to meet the demands of speaking to clients and your colleagues to resolve queries
* Competent on Microsoft excel - it is essential you are comfortable performing basic formulas
