A logistics business based close to West Drayton


Due to a period of growth, my client has created a new opportunity for an additional purchase ledger clerk to join their busy finance team.

Duties to include:

  • Invoice processing for purchase ledger (high volume)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Invoice query resolution
  • Maintain Purchase Order system
  • Cash allocation
  • Assisting with payment runs


Excellent communication skills

Advanced Excel

Able to work to deadlines

Team player

Highly organised
