The duties of the role will include;

Matching, batching and coding invoices
Entering invoices onto in house system
Raising PO numbers
Reconciling supplier statements
Preparing and posting accruals and prepayments
Bank postings
Posting expense payments
Deadling and resolving queries

Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel
Good organisational skills
Ability to build and develop relationships internally and externally
Previous experience in this role is necessary due to the nature of the business
AAT or studying towards would be advantageous.
