Huntress Harlow are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for this market leading business in the local area. This is an outstanding opportunity to progress and develop a career in a large finance organisation, offering long term prospects. Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, typical duties and responsibilities will include the following

  • Ensure invoices from suppliers are all recorded on the system.
  • Process all expenses and check their validity
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Dealing with returned payments
  • Ensure only approved invoices are paid and that correct payment details are used

The successful candidate will have experience in an Accounts Payable background, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
