To start as soon as possible our client requires an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within a busy finance department. The responsibilities of the role will include processing high volumes of purchase invoices for their key supplier accounts, reconciling supplier statements, managing payments by BACs and cheque, dealing with queries and maintaining an accurate system.
The successful candidate should have previous purchase ledger experience from within a high volume environment. Confident and enthusiastic, you will be very diligent in the way you work, with a high level of attention to detail and strong computer skills are essential. You will be used to working as part of a team and be willing to assist other team members as and when required.
